DBL and PFL Benefits

New York State DBLMany states now require all full time and part time employees to be covered for Paid Family Leave (PFL) and in some state also for off the job disability benefits (DBL).  Any employer with one or more employees in those states must provide coverage. This includes employers of one or more domestic employees working in a private home at least 40 hours per week (see specifics for your state).
